IOEDA attaches importance to the confidentiality of information provided by entrepreneurs, partners and visitors. Data may be used to understand a request, organise an initial exchange, review a file or guide the person concerned towards appropriate contacts.

Personal information should not be shared beyond the people or structures required to process the request. Where a file needs to be shared with an external partner, such sharing must remain clear, proportionate and linked to the purpose pursued.
