IOEDA’s work is based on neutrality, transparency, independence and responsibility. Its purpose is to improve the quality of project files without replacing banks, funds, institutions or regulated professional advisers.

Information provided by entrepreneurs must be sincere, verifiable and consistent. Any misleading presentation, manifestly inaccurate document or attempt to bypass applicable rules may lead IOEDA to refuse or suspend the review of a file.
